SHIPPING

 
  • The shipping cost will be €15 to the whole of Europe.
  • For orders costing more than €199, delivery is free of charge.
  • Transit time will be between 7 and 15 days.
 

Returns

 

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that were not due to our error cannot be refunded.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.

 

When is the money returned?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Overdue or missing reimbursements (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item for more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
